TERMS OF SALE:
If you want to buy this Internet domain for the above-mentioned price, you must be able to do so with
a bank check, money order or wire transfer. I will write a simple contract which will have two main
provisions. The first provision will provide that twenty-one business days after your payment has cleared my
account I will transfer full unequivocal ownership of the domain to you via the registrar and domain hosting
provider ISP. The second provision will be that any and all debts, taxes, obligations or incumbrances of any
kind arising from the domain that occurred prior to the sale shall remain mine and mine alone; further that any
debts, taxes, obligations or encumbrances of any kind arising from the domain that occur after the sale shall
be yours and yours alone and that you will seek no involvement from me. You must then review the contact with
your legal counsel and once it is satisfactory we can proceed as described above.
